Yawwwwn - it's late and my brain is too fuzzy to contemplate time but I can see I'll have to make sure to make time to come back and spend more time visiting. You've got some intriguing posts.

thanks for pointing me over here from the book blog.

It sounds like your experiment is a rousing success ... there's a lot to be said for that "attitude is everything" maxim. I could apply this to several areas in my daily life.

What a wonderful post! I've long thought that my beliefs about ANYTHING impacted my experience of it, and you have just proved my point. I know that when I take time to do my morning pages and start my 100 item gratitude list, my day seems to go more slowly. Is it because I'm more grounded and centered in my day? More present for it? I think so. I'll have to ponder your post further and think about more things that I can do to slow time down for me. I love your idea of listening to non-fiction books/lectures while you work. In the past it hasn't worked for me, but maybe it will now -- especially if I change my attitude about it!

Thanks for stopping by my blog and wishing us a happy anniversary. My flowers are still beautiful; in fact, they are opening up and becoming more beautiful day-by-day. The Attribute Book that I made for my husband was an amazing experience for me. Thanks for the kind words about it.

what a lovely post about time...those same thoughts seem to be swirling in my little universe lately ~ always feeling so darn rushed and with so many things left to do. i do know that organization would help, but then the next step would be to adjust my thinking...i think i will try that little experiment tomorrow.

Time is relative. When you are 2 years old, a year is 1/2 of your life. When you are 60, a year is 1/60th of your life. That's why it seems to go faster. Of course, I'm behind on all my projects too. Easier to contemplate time than write a copy assignment....sigh....
